The head of the class teacher in Shanghai Zheng Yanhong’s studio, which relies on the high-quality resources of SHDFZ, adapts to the needs of the times, explores a new mode of class management in the new era, studies the community construction mechanism, and promotes the professional development of the class teacher in its training activities. In the three major training contents of theoretical research, practical innovation, and exchange reflection, "theme, participation and mutual assistance" was taken as the research model. In the “learning community” constructed by the studio, they also aim at the leading edge, root in the practice, solve problems, and develop together. The studio uses various forms of learning which are in line with the professional development of the students, such as expert lectures, theoretical studies, online seminars, observation studies, activity experiences and so on to give full play to the studio’s "community, training ground, and leader" functions to enhance the class teachers’ concept update abilities, class leadership, cultural communication skills and educational research capabilities.
