On March 23, 2018, with the warm sunshine of spring, a hundred outstanding students from the High School Affiliated to Shanghai University attended the spring job fair in Shanghai University. Instead of taking an interview, they intended to get close to future directly through personal experience and investigation.
Students cooperated to complete the investigation task. The students were divided to teams, each with five members (one as team leader). They completed two categories of investigation tasks: “employer version” and “job candidate version”. Five people cooperated to investigate 15 recruitment companies, each of whom specially worked for one company and interviewed a number of candidates.
The investigation of the spring job fair in Shanghai University was greatly supported by Shanghai University and therefore students shared the bonus of Shanghai University Basic Education Group. On March 18, Teacher Li Zhifang of Shanghai University specially gave training to the students. Excellent HR staff explained the process of internship, work experience and career selection with the students, during which the students actively asked questions. They learned social demand and standard for talents, which encouraged them to plan their life constantly.
